Privacy Policy
We run one privacy-friendly analytics tool that stores no cookies and no personal identifiers.
Custom files stay only long enough to re-print an order, then they are removed from every system.
We do not sell, rent or trade customer data. There is no exception buried further down this page.
1. What we collect
Your name, delivery address, email and phone number when you order. Any artwork or text you upload for a custom mat. Basic order history so support can answer you without asking for a receipt. Aggregate page statistics that cannot be traced back to a person. We do not see or store your card number.
2. Why we collect it
To make and deliver what you bought, to answer support messages, to meet Moroccan accounting obligations, and to know which pages are worth improving. Marketing email is opt-in only and one click gets you out of it permanently.
3. Who else sees it
Only the parties that make delivery possible: our payment processor, our carriers, our email provider and our hosting provider. Each is contractually bound to use the data solely for that purpose. Custom artwork never leaves our own workshop.
4. How long we keep it
Custom artwork: 90 days after dispatch. Order and invoice records: ten years, because tax law requires it. Support conversations: two years. Analytics: 14 months, in aggregate form only.
5. Your rights
Ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete everything we are not legally obliged to keep. Write to privacy@deskmat.co and we reply within 30 days, usually within two. No account, no form, no fee.
6. Cookies
One cookie keeps your basket alive between visits, and one remembers whether you dismissed a banner. That is the entire list. Because we run no advertising or profiling cookies, there is no consent wall on this site.
