Transit times start at dispatch, not at order. Duties and import taxes outside Morocco are the customer’s responsibility — the checkout shows an estimate before you pay.

Tracking

You get two emails

One when the mat is cut and stitched, one when the carrier scans the tube. The second contains the tracking link and a photo of your actual mat before it went in the tube.

Delays

If it is late, we act first

Anything stuck more than five days past the estimate is re-made and re-sent without you having to ask. Lost tubes are replaced, not refunded, unless you prefer the money back.
